About
I initially started studying psychology for the same reason most people do; to better understand my own circumstances and the world around me. Over the years I have had the privilege of joining people from all walks of life on similar journeys and find the process fascinating and rewarding every time. Having learned from each of these interactions, I have also taken additional courses and participate in professional groups focused on different approaches to best cater individual treatment to each client and family I serve. My degree and specialization is in trauma, which I've actually found to be a common thread in many people's experiences in one way or another. I work in a person-centered, eclectic approach, encouraging each client to take the lead in exploring their own experiences, and how we can best utilize mine to move towards better understanding, connections and meaning.
Spaces
I am fortunate enough to have access to an electronic office space as this is more appropriate for the needs of today’s situation.
I am hopeful, as things return to normalcy, to be able to return to using a physical space for individual and couples session, maybe even retreats, stay tuned!
